a. Coaching Meetings
Only cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the planned time are eligible for refunds.
Sessions that are missed without warning or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.
Depending on availability, rescheduling could be allowed once.
b. Programs and Courses
If less than 20% of the material has been viewed, refund requests for online courses or self-paced programs may be made within seven days after purchase.
No refunds will be given after substantial sections of a course have been accessed or finished.
Once delivered, all digital materials and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
d. Technical Problems
Please get in touch with support@coachayo.com if you have technical issues accessing material you have bought.

d. Processing Refunds
