The General Revision Classes Schedule in NOUN is a page dedicated to all revision classes in NOUN. Both the computer-based test (CBT) and the pen-on-paper (POP) revision and all information related to the exam preparations are in NOUN.

CBT REVISION CLASSES SCHEDULE 2026 FIRST SEMESTER

The CBT revision classes schedule for the 2026 first semester is a specialised study arrangement with the goal and objectives of making studying smooth, seamless and effective for students in the National Open University of Nigeria to prepare well and effectively for the CBT exams.

The plan is to provide sufficient resources, using both RECORDED and LIVE Revision Classes, Exam Practice Questions and Answers and the EXAM KEYNOTES(Which is the most important)

How Can I Prepare Well for My CBT Exams in NOUN?

As a student in the National Open University of Nigeria, writing the CBT exam to succeed requires intensive studying and a fair share of study strategies.

What this means is that you need to have a strong study plan.

Unlike the POP examination, which is an open-ended kind of exam, students get the liberty to express themselves, and with a general knowledge of an average, e.g., 50%, you can scale through. But that is not obtainable if you are writing the CBT exam.

The reason being that the CBT exam is a closed-ended kind of exam.

IS THE CBT EXAM A CLOSE-ENDED EXAM IN NOUN?

Affirmative! The CBT exam in NOUN is a closed-ended exam. This is because the structure of the exam only provides you as a student the options of objectives and sub-objective options.

What this means is that questions you will be attempting during the CBT exams come in either OBJ or SUB-OBJ, meaning in full objectives and sub-objectives.

Objective, aka OBJ questions are those questions that come with options, e.g., a, b, c, and d. While the sub-objective questions are those questions that do not come with objectives, e.g., a, b, c and d, just a column to type in your answers.

To make all these make more sense to you, I have put together a long list of all the revision classes that were held for the CBT course’s last section (2025). HOW DOES THE POP REVISION CLASSES SCHEDULE FOR 2026 FIRST SEMESTER WORK?

All revision classes are held on multiple grounds, and most importantly, it is also held a day before the exam.

What this means is that, let’s take, for example, you have DES303 on the 10th of May; the revision classes for this exam could be held on multiple grounds, like the 5th of May and the 9th of May.

One thing is always certain, and that is a revision class must be held a day before the exam.

This serves as the final dose of exam preparation before writing the exam the next day.
